The quality of the DEAMcon program, the speakers are top notch. This is the first DEAMcon I've attended and I think this is absolutely a conference that our LVERs should be at. There are so many recruiters and compliance people in the room that there is such great networking available. We need a few of our LVERs to be able to come to an event like this. The amount of diversity, equity, inclusion topics that were coming through, our HR department should have been here too.
